Jeff Pangaro

Jeff is the founder of Pangaro Wealth Management with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has a proven track record of working with many different types of clients, especially business owners and families with complex wealth needs. Along with providing comprehensive financial planning strategies, he is experienced in retirement plan consulting, assisting with 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans, as well as defined contributions, defined benefits, deferred compensation, and cash balance plans. As an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, he is committed to upholding a high level of ethical responsibility, putting his clients’ needs first and foremost in all that he does.

Jeff is a lifelong resident of Connecticut, having worked for so many years with so many families, he takes great pride in the reputation his firm has established in the community. Born and raised in southern Connecticut, he now resides in Cheshire with his wife, Keisha, and their three sons, Michael, Christopher, and Matthew.

HILARY POHLEY, MBA

Hilary is the Manager of Client Service at Pangaro Wealth Management and started with us in October 2018.  Hilary was previously at Wellington Management in Boston, prior to opting out to be a stay at home mom for 8.5 years. She also has experience in the higher education and travel industries. 

Hilary has degrees in International Relations and German Studies from Tufts University and a Masters of Business Administration from Northeastern University. She lives in West Hartford with her husband, Scott and two sons, Noah and Adler, ages (almost) nine and six. She enjoys playing all sports, painting, and reading.

While at Pangaro, Hilary will focus on the client service platform. She will support firm operations, including client service, business administration, operations, and marketing. She works with Jeff and Kari to deliver premium client service, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, as well as increased operational efficiency at Pangaro Wealth Management.
